Engineers Tasmania was established to provide the Tasmanian land development industry with a dedicated, full-service civil engineering practice. We work exclusively in Tasmania — not as a branch office of a mainland firm, but as a locally-based team with deep knowledge of Tasmanian councils, TasWater, state agencies, and ground conditions.
Our work spans the full development lifecycle: feasibility assessment, civil design, planning approvals, construction supervision, and as-constructed survey. By keeping all of these services in-house, we eliminate the coordination gaps that slow projects down and drive up costs.
We work with developers, landowners, builders, and investors across residential, rural-residential, and industrial land development. Whether you're subdividing a single lot or delivering a staged residential estate, we bring the same rigour and local knowledge to every engagement.
