What We Do

Our Services

Integrated civil engineering across the full land development lifecycle — from feasibility and design through to approvals, construction, and survey.

One firm. Every stage.

We provide the full suite of technical services required to take a land development from raw site to titled lots. Working exclusively in Tasmania, we understand the regulatory environment, the agencies, and the ground conditions.

01

Civil Engineering Design

Subdivision layout, lot configuration, engineering drawings and specifications prepared to council and TasWater standards. We produce the full suite of civil drawings required for planning and construction approval — road design, drainage, services, earthworks, and erosion control.

Typical Deliverables

  • Subdivision engineering drawings
  • Engineering specifications
  • Council and TasWater submission packages
  • Condition compliance reports
02

Road Design

Geometric design, pavement engineering, and drainage for residential and rural roads. We design to Austroads standards and local council requirements, covering horizontal and vertical alignment, sight distance, pavement depth, kerb and channel, and footpath.

Typical Deliverables

  • Horizontal and vertical alignment design
  • Pavement design reports
  • Kerb, channel, and footpath design
  • Traffic management plans
03

Stormwater Drainage

Catchment analysis, pipe network design, detention basins, and MUSIC modelling for water quality. We design stormwater systems that meet council requirements for both quantity and quality, including pre- and post-development flow analysis and overland flow paths.

Typical Deliverables

  • Stormwater management plans
  • Pipe network design and hydraulic modelling
  • Detention basin design
  • MUSIC water quality modelling
04

Sewer & Water Reticulation

Reticulation design for gravity sewer, pressure mains, and potable water networks to TasWater standards. We manage the full TasWater approval process including pre-design meetings, design submissions, and construction approval.

Typical Deliverables

  • Gravity sewer reticulation design
  • Pressure main design
  • Potable water reticulation design
  • TasWater approval management
05

Bulk Earthworks

Cut and fill analysis, batter design, erosion and sediment control plans, and construction-ready earthworks drawings. We optimise earthworks balance to minimise import and export, and design erosion controls that meet council and EPA requirements.

Typical Deliverables

  • Cut and fill analysis and optimisation
  • Batter and retaining wall design
  • Erosion and sediment control plans
  • Construction earthworks drawings
06

Engineering Survey

Feature and level surveys, cadastral, setout, and as-constructed surveys. Our survey capability supports every stage of the development process — from initial feasibility through to final as-constructed certification.

Typical Deliverables

  • Feature and level surveys
  • Cadastral and boundary surveys
  • Construction setout surveys
  • As-constructed surveys and certification
07

Planning Approvals

Subdivision applications, engineering reports, and liaison with TasWater, councils, and state agencies. We prepare the engineering components of planning applications and manage technical referrals through to approval.

Typical Deliverables

  • Engineering reports for planning applications
  • Subdivision application preparation
  • Agency liaison — TasWater, councils, TasNetworks
  • Condition negotiation and compliance
08

Contract Administration & Construction Supervision

Superintendent services, RFI management, progress claims, and site inspections. We act as superintendent under AS 4000 and AS 2124 contracts, managing the construction phase from tender through to practical completion and defects liability.

Typical Deliverables

  • Superintendent services under AS 4000 / AS 2124
  • RFI and variation management
  • Progress claim assessment
  • Site inspections and defects management
